How To fraud not being skinny?

6'2 barefoot 19.25inch bideltoid, 70kg 15% bodyfat, hmtn (htn when sub13%bodyfat + bb cream etc) .
Been going to the gym for a while, got strong, but my arms are only 12 inches. How to fraud when going out?

Usually, I just wear a long-sleeve sweater, and my frame makes me look normal, but in summer, I just look dumb. Any specific type of clothing to wear thats normal during summer or other method to not throw off girls?

One time I was at a blonde hmtb house, she asked to see my arms (this is a few days after I slayed), and she said they are skinny, and I think after that she started acting distant (also cause I brought up my favourite PSL gods and was kinda nd after a while and she is very NT)

js hit more arms and bulk, no way to make ur arms bigger without working on them

You can wear shoulder pads that helps.
But honestly bro the best thing you can do is to just gymcel and grow your arms. It really wont take as long as you take to get some good arms.

I've been working out for like 2 years, started at 48kg (6'2), never bulked before, started my first-ever (lean) bulk a month ago, and am up 1kg, trying to hit 75kg-77kg by August, idk if I should aim higher I think 7kg in 4 months is pushing it

Focus on your arms more then bro. I also have some muscle groups that are lacking even after an good while of gymcelling it happens to the best of us,.

Just eat more, I made a thread about gymmaxing as teen.
A girl once complimented me on my biceps when I was 16yo, 5'9. (I never hit:lul::lul::lul::lul:)

Nice transformation, bro. What surplus do you recommend? Rn my tdee is 2600-2700 and Im eating 3000-3100 a day with 400g+ carbs. tryna gain 8kg next 4 months

My lifts are alr pretty good I do preacher curls with 25kg db, tricep pushdown 55kg (single pulley) , maxed out nearly all the machines at my gym

Try 3500 to 4000. If you want, try free weights, if you don't fit in the mashienes or max them out. Suffering from success, I see:feelsahh:.
I ate as much as you in my bulk at 15yo 5'9.
A friend of mine, build kinda like you, atw 4000kcal to gain weight.
Try 3500 first, but not too much shit like seedoils and stuff like that. Joghurt and fatty meat like ground beef are good options.

word ill bump it up. i alr have a liter of milk, kg of yogurt, 8 eggs, fish/meat, tons of fruits (7-8 bananas a day etc) and rice a day. ill try 3500 calories but how to avoid too much fat gain?

Might as well try though ive never bulked before

My go to meal during bulk was was 2 serving plates: one stacked with rice or noodles and the other with a pound of ground beef or chicken.
I would then use the meat plate to est and mix the rice/noodles in and add olive oil and seasoning.:lul:
Took me like 2h to eat everyday.

I basicly ate with my family (breakfast, after school sometimes and at the evening) plus alone (in school, and after gym).

Would never do this again, but I gained 12kg in a view months and my strenght skyrocketed.

And yes, you'll get fat as fuck:lul::lul::lul:
But you unlock a crazy build not possible with normal natural methods.

Hope you're going to put on zise, cutt after and post the results. You have wide shoulders, so you'll look crazy after you put on mass. Especially arms.
