How to fully escape from social media?

I just wanna read books, watch movies, documentaries or any long form content. I have to have an Instagram account for school and I use my phones browser to not get stuck on reels. But even then I spend hours watching retards do retarded shit idgaf about. Even fucking Snapchat had reels now how fucking stupid is that.

Fuck this capitalist society that strives to milk every cent from us and pushes ads to us. FUUUUCK.
