How do i gain Bonemass as 13yo?

nah you’re good, the fact that you care about your looks so much at 13 is kind of sad as at 13 i was a greasy spermcel who only cared about watching anime and play fortnite, you look good for your age and have insane bones for a 13 year old and will probably continue to look good growing up, log off bro, i was a 4’11 pale short skinny 60lb spermcel with greasy long hair and turned out 6’0 lean and decent looking, you will be more then fine
i just wanted clear skin now I’m here…

How do i gain Bonemass as 13yo?
my advice for you:
1. make sure you eat healthy - meat(not overcooked), raw milk(raw specifically)
2. get outside - sun exposure is extremely important without sunscreen
3.sleep at least 10 hours per day
4. get intense physical activity at least twice at most 4 times per week(not gym - but preferably a sport that you are good at)
5. never watch porn - ever
6. massai jumps - make sure you are not defficienct in anything
7. compete and dont be afraid to confront others your age - it is good to have a semi-resentful attitude to your competitors

Oh and btw get off this forum, have fun outside, enjoy school(it is far better than your friends and peers may make it out to be), get off social media asap (YouTube is ok, but the others will rob you of your childhood), play video games (not excessively) with people irl, get really good at one sport and try to do well at school but not too hard.

These are the things, most of which I did, to enjoy the years 13 through 18 to the fullest and have a great childhood. the most important will be get off social media and no matter what do not go on until 17-18 at the earliest. If someone wants to communicate SMS will do.

no bro, she is just trying to be the best parent possible. I highly doubt she doesn't let you play sport and do the things which actually add value to your life

She Beat me up bro many times,like 2 days ago she beated me up with a kitchen knife becuz I didn’t want to let my phone in the house when I went to the garten
