how to gain hooded eyes?

i would like to have hooded eyes and im trying to research the topic but i haven't been able to find any quality posts. some say that icing your eyes or showering in cold water can help. others says that exercising your eye brow muscles help. and some others say there is no way besides surgery. i haven't been able to find something that a majority of an audience agree with. does anyone have any experience in working towards hooded eyes and achieving them successfully?
