how to gain lip length? question from BOTB thread

it shows a guide on how to have full lips. my lips are genetically full and fat. in a good way. but i suffer from them being very narrow and short. any suggestions? i getting ortho appliances if that will have an affect on it in the near future

Is edge of lips around the start of the iris and edges of nose around medial canthus ideal? Of course the wider the lips are even better but that's the minimum is it not
