how to gain weight but no additional face fat?

idk if it’s because I’m young or genetics but I eat optimal food yet my face still holds so much fat, could js be terrible bloat tho. A lot of people say they don’t notice it but I do n they’re lying I might do aqualyx in the future but rn I don’t have the facilities for that. anyway how can I not starve myself or be a skinny bitch while still maintaining a lower percentage of body fat? actual advice please n no steroids but I will take pep recommendations
