Do a lean bulk for a long time so a 100-200 cal bulk so you dont end up a fatcel

eating a small caloric surplus and eating 1.5–2g of protein per kg of body weight

eat 200-400 calories over maintenance and 1g of protein per pound of body weight

I would say it is hard to stay lean and put on weight but I wouldn’t say impossible if you are already lean just building muscle mass will increase your weight but slowly it will just have to be something you can’t expect to see results straight away but also I think you should add some other stuff to your diet like carbs and vegetables as just protein and dairy isn’t something a human should live on

Well you have to gain weight in order to build muscle, 6'1 130 is victim weight.

Eat protein and try to gain around 1-2lbs per month. Just multiply your bodyweight by 15 and add maybe 100-300 and eat that many calories.

The best way to figure out your maintenance calories is by eating a specific # of calories every day and seeing how your bodyweight changes in response to your caloric intake. The second way is to multiply your bodyweight by anywhere from 12 to 15 depending on how active you are. 2800 calories seems a bit high to be your maintenance unless you are very active, I would start somewhere like 2300 and work your way up.

When it comes to protein, it's more like:
Almost Maximizing Gains: 0.55 – 0.63 g/lb = 1.21 – 1.39 g/kg
Very Likely Maximizing Gains: 0.64 – 0.72 g/lb = 1.41 – 1.58 g/kg
Definitely Maximizing Gains: 0.73 – 1.00 g/lb = 1.61 – 2.20 g/kg

So when have vegetables become goyslop then because as far as I’m concerned vegetables are more natural then dairy and they also have good health benefits
