If you got fat in place I marked red, then you should get rid of it somehow, I know, cause I store a lot there and nearly nothing in upper eyelid region, it makes my zygos disappear combined with non existent hairline temples

Ye I developed it as well, I chewed to much gum unfortunately now my jaw is wider than zygos as well, but doesn't change fact that I store a lot fucking fat there I can just grab it back and make my forehead way narrower

Just chew unironically, will usually develop your cheeks muscles, and temporal muscles, and usually get your undereye support be slightly better.

It does eventually reduce muscle size by exactly blocking any move for at least 3 to 6 months. That's the only way known in medecine to fight against bruxism for example, i mean in the aesthetical issue of it.
