how to genuinely prevent hair loss

so atm im 16 yrs old and im asking myself how do i prevent hairloss at its finest`? over the last year i have noticed my windows peak going further and further i mean its not very noticeable becasuse i can still cover it with my hair and shit but like it still shows how bad my genetics are.
At what age can you start fin/dut? without closing up your growth plates completely
any other copes that help except fucking minoxidil because minoxidil is only helpful as long as you use it, but since my hairloss isnt quite noticeable its just waste of money and time.

You can start taking Fin or Dut when you are sure that you finished your puberty. Blocking it after puberty won't stunt any development.

Also you have to use the 5ARI for life, just like with Minoxidil or you'll loose your gains. Mark as solution if I helped you.
