Hair loss ?

How do you spot hair loss as early and how do I prevent any further hair loss if I was to have it ?
I know "a maturing hairline" is a thing but you never know !!!
My father is pretty old and isn't severely bold and my mother's father wasn't bold either.
But that dosent mean im immune to hair loss, i know that stress is a pretty big factor and I'd say im a pretty stressed guy

Then smoke the ganja (weed) if ur stressed and if ur falls out anyways go to turkey and get a transplant
