Did you know, on average you are 0.5-2 inches taller when you first wake up?

How can we keep or even expand this?

Today we will figure out how to expand the spine, reduce posterior tilt, and prevent loosing height overtime.

1. Get a pull-up bar

2. Get a 15-30 pound dumbbell

3. Perform a dead-hang with the weight attached.

That’s is it; I went from 6’0.5 feet to 6’2, by hanging every morning for 2-5 minutes with weights.

Even with perfect posture you will see height gains, especially if you workout.

Everyone’s spine compresses.

The extra height lasts the entire day, especially when you use a heavy weight to decompress the spine.

If you don’t believe me; try it out at a gym or at home for 2-3 days and measure your height.

Yes, I saw results in about 3 days from doing this with a 30 pound dumbbell.

It’s common in physical rehab to extend it, but I made this method with using weight.

It’s also the best feeling in the world :feelsokman:

I'll try it, even if its only temp, would feel insane if I actually was 1,5 inches taller in morning height

Yes, there’s no point to larp about this it’s a very common physical rehabilitation technique.

Start slow, I started dead hanging without weight for 1-5 minutes a day; then10-20-30 pound weights, everyone’s body reacts differently so just be safe.
