Are you good at talking to people in general? Talking to a foid is the same as talking to a regular person. I usually talk about whatever we have in common or can be observed by both of us. Example of making an observation, your at a store with a foid, and then you observe a perfume, start just yapping abt your opinions on the bottle, ask her what she thinks of it, literally just be curious and dont take things seriously. People dont remember what u say , they just remember the feeling that u give them. All u gotta do is create a playful, chill, comfortable environment. You dont have to say the perfect words.

Lowk I'm not even good at that. The only friends I have are because I became friends with them years ago when we where children.
