HOW TO GET A SURGEON TO AGREE TO DO A HIGH CUT LE FORT 1

I've been trying to look into Bimax because my chint to philtrum is absolutely cooked (my philtrum is way too short and my chin is too long), plus I'm east asian so I have a dogshit maxilla, but I dont have an underbite / overbite. But most of the surgeons where i live (korea) refuse to perform bimax on me because my bite is normal and a face that looks like its been smashed in with a hammer is 'typical' for asians. Tbh I need a Le Fort 3 to even look humanoid, but realistically I plan to get a High Cut Lf1 to save the midface and then brow ridge implants + radix augmentation + rhinoplasty. These niggas dont seem to consider the fact that 'normal' asian features look subhuman as fuck. Please I need help I will do anything in my power to look caucasoid. Are there any overseas clinics that will perform lf2 / 3?

I dont trust him. So many threads about ppl getting botched by that nigga. Although I dont have anything to lose since I'm ugly as fuck anyways so I might consider it. Any other options

Imo the opinions of him seem super polaized even though i wouldnt say hes super bad or super good but what might make him a good option in this case is that he will do crazy shit that no other surgeons would ever do. The botches are an inevitability when youre doing such high risk surgeries consistently and thats the reason why youre unlikely to find a bunch of surgeons willing to do these types of surgeries

lf2/3 isnt a silver bullet, the results often dont look good if the surgeon doesnt know what theyre doing. if you dont have any functional issues, you will have a hard time finding a good surgeon whos willing to perform it on you. better focus on high cut/quadrangular lefort 1
