Surgery + softmaxxing. But realistically if you just softmaxx you're going to be way ahead of the curve, the competition nowadays is NOT hard, the average dude nowadays is like a 3/10, a little softmaxxing and unless you're really deformed n' shit, you're going to be better than the average, which is objectively good enough.
