I had acne breakouts a lot as kid. I rarely have breakouts now but the acne scars have ruined my skin and I have a lot of open pores. How do I fix this?

I've done all of this (2x fraxel, acid peel, Infini RF microneedling) and improvement is small. Niacid and Retin-A are useless.
It depends on types of your scars and severity.
Hope for subcision and fillers.
But it seems like nobody is doing (or maybe even aware of) subcision in my country
