How to get energy?

- I feel dead
- I’m lying on the ground 1-2 h a day because i feel so weak
- my blood pressure is normal
- I’m eat enough food
- I’m taking stimulants
- I barely move yet I feel as fatigued as if I did a marathon, when I touch my hamstring it hurts

What can I do to feel better? It’s caused by Guanfacine

had the same i just watched some goggins arda satci motivational tiktoks and now im full off energy when i started sports too

slop and good but dude you dont feel in a coma from the slop, its the meds i just needed smth to give me energy, it think i need coffein

i feel really good when i eat lots of fruit and get sunlight. ik you dont like sunlight but try to get some.

I only expose myself to UV light I will buy my vitamin d pills now

goatis is very weird, he promotes incest and threw acid on his ex but i liked the edit. i dont believe in the sun damaging us if we eat healthy. i eat alot of saturated fats and i feel fine in the sun + i feel energized

i also feel fine in the sun, i like the warmth but i dont expose to it anymore
