How could I improve my ramus also most importantly how do I reduce the size of my nasal tip without surgery. I just turned 17 so I can only softmaxx for now

You're probably not getting any forward growth at 17, hydrocortisone for nose and also tretinoin. Do remember that The nose holds bloat, so stay debloated

Why no forward growth tho? I thought craniofacial changes happen until 21-25yrs old

You're not getting any structural changes. The max you get is a more masculinized jaw. Since you're already somewhat downgrown there isn't much you can do

There isnt just a "fix" for dimo. My main issue is just subcut fat (which is genetic) that hides my bones. No glaze but when I got really lean once my skull looked quite robust.

Craniofacial Positioning is weak in people past the age of 10, but Bone Growth is still possible.

I'm planning on making a thread like this in the near future, alot of people are under the impression that the Picture referenced above mean's it's "implant's or LDAR"

As I said, I'm a "late bloomer" (even tho that word has been overused on tt). My endocrologist didn't want do an x-ray for some reason but he did confirm that I had started puberty later than I should've...
