How could I improve my ramus also most importantly how do I reduce the size of my nasal tip without surgery. I just turned 17 so I can only softmaxx for now

You're probably not getting any forward growth at 17, hydrocortisone for nose and also tretinoin. Do remember that The nose holds bloat, so stay debloated

You're not getting any structural changes. The max you get is a more masculinized jaw. Since you're already somewhat downgrown there isn't much you can do

There isnt just a "fix" for dimo. My main issue is just subcut fat (which is genetic) that hides my bones. No glaze but when I got really lean once my skull looked quite robust.

Craniofacial Positioning is weak in people past the age of 10, but Bone Growth is still possible.

As I said, I'm a "late bloomer" (even tho that word has been overused on tt). My endocrologist didn't want do an x-ray for some reason but he did confirm that I had started puberty later than I should've...

For nose I would say drink atleast 1 liter of water a day to debloat bro

deviated septum roped me since i was 14, still 17, can't get surgery yet.

Built a little 'stand' for my nose to breath more (has to be thin tho).
DIY one w a fuckin hot glue gun or sum shi.
Or try a q-tip. It made my nose look taller as a side effect even when its not on

I have a deviated septum too. I struggle to breath through my nose at night and im pretty sure if you live in Europe it should be covered by insurance because its a medical issue.

I have a deviated septum too. I struggle to breath through my nose at night and im pretty sure if you live in Europe it should be covered by insurance because its a medical issue.

Canada it's not that I can't get it (covered by province), it's just that I also need rhinoplasty (not covered) cause my nose goes FUCKING SIDEWAYS. So they just told me to wait till I'm 18 to get both done. I might do it in July instead of October in Turkey tho (also cheaper)

Yeah basically a later bloomer. Just means I started puberty like 2y later than kids usually do

Hopefully not. If I fix my mandible in the next 2 years then I don't have to. The goal is just to live a normal life after all this and live for God
