I tried two things I picked up here on the forum somewhere:

  1. Rub lips dry with towel 3x a day, removes dead skin cells and exfoliates and massages lips.
  2. Several times a day go over the lips with your teeth, so that the same thing happens here as with the towel and new and healthy "skin" can form.

Since then, I also do not use any kind of lip care, I have consistently moist lips.

Vaseline.
On them before bed might be good. I used to use a very strong type of Vaseline called bag balm on my hands as I had quite awful cracked knuckles which just wouldn't go.
It could maybe help with cracked lips and provide some glow to them.

Yes I have used before, but that you have to reapply again and again and gives an unnatural glow, but also makes the lips not really pink as pic related

With the methods they look almost exactly like pic related, of course shape is genetics.

Vaseline is occlusive which means it's good at holding in moisture but isn't that good at restoring moisture but it's alright at keeping it. So if you have dry lips I recommend instead or paired with Vaseline as Humectants can pull moisture from the air

Some examples:
honey
aloe
shea butter
calendula

Things to do to avoid dry Lips:
-mouthbreating (causes warm air coming out of your mouth drying them)
-avoid licking your lips, saliva dries your lips in the long run
-drink water
-humidifier in your room
-sunscreen of your lips
-exfoliating with a warm/damp towel

You can also use lip balms containing some of these products:

Beeswax
argan oil
coconut oil
cocoa butter
shea butter

I do this all the time :lul: I never had dry lips by the way, for me they were mostly purple rather than pink and little bit swolen like pic related my comment above and that was my goal. Rubbing with a towel and biting them with my teeth makes them pink and a little bit swolen

By the way, dry lips are an internal problem and therefore cannot be solved by topical methods, only the symptoms (cracks, dryness) can be reduced by them, but if you want to solve the cause, you need the right nutrition + enough sleep + little stress + getting enough sun (without suncreen, it blocks most benefits), this way you will have neither dry lips nor dry skin.*

Best diet Carnivore + fruits, with ideal macros (40 fat, 30, protein, 30 carbohydrates). Ideal therefore fatty meat, eggs, organs.

Edit: *why? because the skin can re-lubricate itself independently then. With all the topicals you are just trying to do the same thing that your skin is already doing.

Any methods to remove tan?
regarding lips?

Brighter and more pink they become by my method above. So rub lips dry with the towel and bite lips with your teeth.

If that's not enough, you can go over your lips with a dermapen and work in a lip booster serum.

If that's not enough either, there are special BB glow treatments for lips, where a semi lipstick color is worked into your lips, so to speak. After several treatments and proper care, the result can last up to 3 months. Can incorporate any color by the way, be it red, pink, purple, blue jfl.
