i guess the only way to loose bodyfat is hiit workout

is it enough to do 3x a week hiit workout and a little calorie deficit thats it for hollow cheeks?

I thought it was the opposite, jfl.

Instead, if you want to go down to 10–8% body fat, you need big bones.
A lot of people here think that by getting very lean they will look sculpted and model-tier.

It's all in the bones. You could be 20-22% bodyfat and still have hollows, granted that your bones are suited.
Lowering your bodyfat just makes it easier for the general people.

There's a difference between the Chad hollows and Methhead hollows.

I remenber with tren and clen i got sixpack without single effort
 
But both are low bf lol ,so I assuming that’s big bones make the hollow less present also at that level of bf .
Big bones will make hollows more prominent. Bonemass is kind of a meme, bone positioning is more important in deciding this shit.
