im 15, 5'10, 150lb. I need to get to atleast 15% bf I'm at like 20 something right now and I wanna know what good exercises/cardio methods would help me loose weight fast. I eat when I'm hungry but usually once or twice. I will make a thread where I'm standing currently I just want someone to guide me through how to get skinny
