im 15, 5'10, 150lb. I need to get to atleast 15% bf I'm at like 20 something right now and I wanna know what good exercises/cardio methods would help me loose weight fast. I eat when I'm hungry but usually once or twice. I will make a thread where I'm standing currently I just want someone to guide me through how to get skinny

are you gonna suggest reta? like peptides or roids
i would take dnp, no side effects at low doses (you rarely get rashes, but you can just take anti histamine)

So, what helped me was using nicotine:lul:

Plus making a fasting timeframe lets say i do 16/8 most of the time.
Next would be 10k steps every day, plus like 30 minutes of walking on a treadmill

And lastly having a deficit, i had like 500 kcal deficit but up to you. [200-300kcal is the sweet spot]

not possible you're not fully in control of your calorie intake

Snus, cigs are also cool but if you wanna be out of breath then go ahead.
Ok first you need your maintenence calories, if your maintence is 2500 you're gonna eat 400kcal bellow your maintenance [2100kcal] and do cardio which is also gonna take off 300 kcal for example, meaning you are 700 kcal in a deficit.

calculate it here and be honest

obviously I recommend a slight deficit over an aggressive one, but he specified he needed to get lean as fast as possible

maybe he needed to get lean fast before a vacation or some shit, who knows

Make sure u do all this with cardio or training, those are just as important for fat loss and muscle gaining
 
You can't get leaner by exercising

Answer is to eat less, eat raw food like raw fruits or vegetables with no bread, sugar, cheese

Also, keep your stomach longer without food, like eating a huge bowl of this food once a day > dividing this food into small parts throughout the day
