use botb and do ur own research, most of the fags here are trolls so id advise you to not take too much advise from them and stick with those 2 things

Google is more than enough for most things in general, but you'll eventually will have to look into proper studies to get specific info
pubmed, id say start off with google and get hang of basic terms before diving into studies and collecting information on your own. Some ai's are also very helpful for pointing u towards the sites and narrowing down the studies. I personally use braves leo for finding me good studies with the keywords im looking for to collect stuff.
