idk if the pharmacy here sells them or not but i think if they did they would require a prescription which i dont fucking have

theres not really an equivalent since they have different moas
just take as much as you feel you need tbh
if you want you could dissolve caffeine powder in water or ethanol and use it sublingually for a faster hit
