I was high trust when I had a bit more fat on my face and ppl approached me all the damn time for anything and everything. Now I am medium trust and less beggars and annoying ppl asking for help or directions approach me.

No it's not that useful. Even if high trust leads to more approaches it still is a hindrance to get futher due to looking to unmasculine.
