How to get MSE when my orthodontist says I'm "not a candidate?"

My palate is narrow as fuck but I don't apply for MSE because I guess I have to be deformed or some shit to get it. Where do I find these blackpilled professionals that some of you guys come across seems impossible makes me hate inferior bluepilled faggots more and more
