How to get muscles halo having to train all muscles

Would it still work if I train only those showing muscles to fraud that I lift?

I'm thinking of training only forearms, neck, traps, delts

80% of time we are in t shirt anyways

Only 2 Muscles I focus on are Back and Triceps, just my preference because I think they're the most
aesthetic

Everyone who is into gymceling for more than a week, knows, that you need to train only delts, lats, upper chest, biceps and forearms
Neck as well but better to gatekeep ofc
