How to get my annoying derm to prescribe me Accutane

I've told him countless times I've used doxycycline (it works while I'm on it, but acne comes back a few months later), tretinoin, all the other face washes he's prescribed me. He just tells me to try doxy again and keep using tret (been on it for TWO years)

My skin turns so oily in an hour and my nose gets 1.5x bigger in width

I could just buy some Accutane since they don't care for prescriptions where I live but I'm not risking liver damage, gonna need that blood work though I need a valid medical excuse for monthly blood work (i.e prescribed accutane)
