How to get my annoying derm to prescribe me Accutane

My skin turns so oily in an hour and my nose gets 1.5x bigger in width

I could just buy some Accutane since they don't care for prescriptions where I live but I'm not risking liver damage, gonna need that blood work though I need a valid medical excuse for monthly blood work (i.e prescribed accutane)

pick and pop on your pimples , eat high sugar foods and oils , dont wash your face and come back in a month
