I haven't made a thread on here in years and only lurked once every blue moon. I've tried that good old 1800 calories a day bullshit and I just got stuck at somewhere around 230 or 240 I literally could not lose a single fucking pound, and so here we are!

Just go to a nearby gym, sit on a bicycle cardio machine, pull out your phone and just scroll tiktok while doing cardio. You don’t even have to engage your core which makes it super easy and boosts testosterone

thats cuz u have been cutting for so long ur metabolism is fucked up, eat high protein, supplement vitamins, and do a refeed day
