I'm 15 5'8 and around 120-125lbs, yes very skinny yet I think I've got a bit high bf% (20-25%) which is most likely the reason I'm going to assume I'm skinny fat. I've got barely any visible muscle and my stomach sticks out bits and I hate it. I've also got some facial fat which I'd love to lose aswell.
How can I get out of skinny fat and get ripped/good physique while also losing facial fat and not ruining hormonal or other puberty development.
Please give me good suggestions involving work out type of stuff, cardio stuff, diet intake stuff (ex: daily cals or wtv), supplements I could take, and more.
NOTE: Not open to blasting roids for a good while unless I hate the way my face looks and my physique isn't developing enough.
