How to get out of skinny fat without ruining development? 15

I'm 15 5'8 and around 120-125lbs, yes very skinny yet I think I've got a bit high bf% (20-25%) which is most likely the reason I'm going to assume I'm skinny fat. I've got barely any visible muscle and my stomach sticks out bits and I hate it. I've also got some facial fat which I'd love to lose aswell.

How can I get out of skinny fat and get ripped/good physique while also losing facial fat and not ruining hormonal or other puberty development.

Please give me good suggestions involving work out type of stuff, cardio stuff, diet intake stuff (ex: daily cals or wtv), supplements I could take, and more.

NOTE: Not open to blasting roids for a good while unless I hate the way my face looks and my physique isn't developing enough.

I'm assuming you mean im low testosterone? What can I do about that tho? Even if I blast roids or go to the gym to increase my test, I don't know if I should be trying to bulk or cut. I heard cutting can mess up my hormonal development but I don't want to bulk and get even higher bf%. I'm not sure what to do man.
 
Just bulk bro you will thank me in the long run. Cutting wont help youll stay a low test bitch boy. I was the same like you and gained 3 inches and got way bigger and along with other shit my face also improved.

lean bulk yeah? i was thinking eat in like 200-300 caloric deficit so i could gain lean mass and lower bf%. gonna struggle with getting in the right healthy food though, i don't know how to cook and my parents dont like the idea of spending a bunch of money on things like fish, steak, and all that stuff.

i'd be open to roids at some point in the future but i don't want to fuck anything up during puberty, unless thats the best time to use roids 😭. I just don't like the idea of injecting a syringe into my body right now

well I know im 20% atleast since my doctor did a test on it a few months ago, why would i want to get fatter which would also increase my facial fat?

i was exactly the same way bro, but cutting wont make you any more aesthetic. bulk is the only way youll actually put on size. in a year i bulked to 200 and cutted to 185lb and my face is better because my bone mass increased and my body is more aesthetic even with more bodyfat

Just lift and move bro and eat a matenience or a slight deficit and with your age and body composition you'll see that you will gain muscle while shredding fat. Do not over compliate it, avoid Junk foods as much as posible and move more. Eventually you'll see changes. Do not do a major deficit or if you do it make sure it doesn't last too much because that could pottencially mess up your growth. Just focus in overloading in the gym with compound movements.

for sure. ill do lkike a 200 cal deficit. this will still let me achieve my genetic potential right? i just dont wanna ruin my growth hormones and any of that

i was told by someone to actually go on a 200cal surplus cause itll help bone mass develop. i mean the dude said thats what he did and hes pretty good looking so idk

Look, you could stay with your bf % and eat in a little surplus if you are ok whit it. But hormones work better in with a 15-18% bf so i would suggest you to drop your fat and therefore when you get to your desired bf% you do a lean bulk as he said. Actually with your age and body composition just by eating clean and don't overeating you will improve your body compsition. Being on a high bf % converts your testosterone into estradiol which is a type of estrogen. High estrogen makes early fusion of the epiphyseal plates and when those plates are closed you can't grow taller. Make whatever you want though, it's up to you and if you decide to do a slight surplus is ok if you train hard and don't get fatter and ensure that you are improving your body composition.

yeah plan was to workout 6x a week so the surplus wouldnt make my bf% go up, also adding cardio which should in theory help. it'd probably help get higher bone mass way faster. but the deficit itself could also be a good option. if what i was told doesn't work out, then ill deficit.

Lifting 6 days a week is just stupid. Ever heard of CNS fatigue? You would literally be better off training Fullbody or upper lower 3-4 times a week while adding cardio after your sessions.

No need to be compound movements. Choosing stable movements that target the muscle youre trying to hit where they have best leverage is what you should be focusing on👍
