Do you have dandruff on your scalp?

It might be sebderm as it affects your scalp + nasolabial folds.

Try ketoconazole cream (or shampoo) + 0.5% hydrocortisone, then drop the hydrocortisone after 2 weeks and continue ketoconazole.

If it's not sebderm, then it's probably irritation from a product. I recommend heavy moisturizing.
