This Idea is what i’ve came up with and what has worked for me, I haven’t had suicidal thoughts since this method.

The answer is baby photos, whenever you get the thoughts look at baby photos or videos of yourself and think this is who you are killing. This has worked for me and I hope it works cuz IK this site is full of suicidal people.

As for my advice? it's going to be religious. Developing my relationship with God makes me think about this topic a lot less.
