Men with higher testosterone levels have red undertones, and regular cardio can increase blood flow to your skin. when i was running 30 miles/week, my skin was so red and glowed a lot.
- lift weights/do cardio. HIIT is your best bet if you want to maintain/gain your mass
- get carotenoids.
lycopene is the most beneficial for reddening your skin, I dosed 10 mg for 8 weeks and got insane results. beta carotene is obvious. astaxanthin doesn't do much for your skin color, but you may see collagen and a slight increase in redness. lutein and zeaxanthin which i never see mentioned on PSL, is legit and perhaps the best carotenoid to get if you want to looksmax. it increases skin elasticity, lightens skin, and may give you strijd coloring. supplement carotenoids after eating a meal high in fat
- increase blood flow. drink water, exercise, cold showers... facial messaging is an option.

Running and high intensity cardio in general is not good for your heart health though. Wasn't there a study that showed that it causes issues to your heart?

Yep. I think more testosterone is the best thing for a more masculine, healthy skin.

I have a good teacher
It stretches the heart causing heart damage. Most marathon runners have heart damage.

HIIT long-term is unhealthy. You are a retard if you think otherwise. I've asked doctors and they agreed.

Mine at 13. Lifefuel?

Doctors don’t know anything. They’re probably fat fucks too.
And as Donald Trump said in one of his books “Doctors are, for the most part, a bunch of dogs that only care about money.”

Only professional runners have health problems because they push themselves to inhuman limits and take drugs.

exactly our ancestors were running so fucking much in the wild why would It be bad for us?

I don’t think that’s a very good example, because our ancestors fought tigers and got torn apart too, doesn’t mean we should do the same. It’s just that there’s no evidence that high intensity training is bad, in moderation.

No they weren't JFL. They weren't running at intense speeds for long periods of time. Why would you run after your prey? That's giga low IQ. Most hunter animals make a calculated approach and attack without being seen. In the case of humans, they use weapons to attack prey animals from a dsitance (spears, bows and so on and so forth).

Running after a prey animal is about as low IQ as you can get.

Not running for long periods of time doesn't mean you're fat. It's about how many calories you consume everyday and how much you burn.

You're probably just jogging lightly or not sprinting super fast. I don't know the full explanation but if you do this long-term enough it will be bad for your health. A fast run every once in a while is not problematic.

Also it most likely activates your adrenal glands and you mistake that shit for "feeling good".

It's not healthy longterm. I told you it stretches the heart. You do this long term and you get heart damage. We weren't designed to run super long distances at fast speeds, that's why when you run you feel like shit, but AFTER the run you feel good. It's because your adrenals were active.

I know ur ethnic but idk what ur base skin tone is. Eating a tomato every day will probably give you the undertones you desire. I already have slight red undertones but I'm hoping that I can get very red from eating a tomato or two daily.

JFL at comparing yourself to a professional athlete. Of fucking course, if you are an athlete, it is gonna take a toll on your body, but the reality is that you most likely are not going to be training with anywhere near as much effort as pros do. :feelsuhh:

The goal(well at least for me) is to train for health/looks. Pros train for performance and every hundredth of a second.

Training in excess is not good long term, but that's why you balance aerobic and anaerobic exercise.

Where the fuck did you get this info from?

Aerobic exercise lowers your resting bpm. Just think in the long term, if you are a fat/unfit fuck your resting heart rate is gonna be 65+, if you are conditioned, it can go as low as 40 when sleeping. That is 20 beats per minute less while sleeping. My resting heart rate atm now is ~54, thats more than 10 beats per minute less than I had 2 years ago. Now on average I have less than 14,400 beats per day.

Find me one good looking old person who doesn't work out or at least do some kind of physical activity regularly.

Imagine trusting some rando on youtube and not do your own research. :feelsuhh::feelsuhh::feelsuhh:
