The squareness is probably from the masseters. Just don't chew as often and they should shrink. Most importantly, just gain weight

Do you have a mincraft square face? If so you have bruxism, so Botox is the way or maybe you chew too much, there are jaw reduction surgeries too.

Low set insertion and high amount of hybrid or Fiber type 2 muscles= square face
High set insertion= Roundish and feminine.
