How to get rid of dark circles?

I have genetic dark circles in the under eye area that get worse when I don’t sleep. How can I get rid of this?

Filler? Concealer?

I have the same. Fat graft trumps every other procedures as it's permanent and fat is full of stemcells which helps reducing the skin darkening.

id go to turkey tbh, US surgeons are overpriced, a user @Lorsss did fat grafting for under eyes.

The issue is color not loss of fat. I’ve had this since I was a kid

it depends imo, i got dark circles at adult age after tretinoin and minoxidil and maybe natural aging. so for me fat graft is the solution. for others infraorbital might be the solution.

Tretinoin to thicken the skin under the eyes
Volufiline to increase fat pad volume
CC cream to even out skin tone - This is temporary like makeup but you should be wearing an spf and moisturiser anyways for anti-ageing purposes. You might as well use a CC cream that combines the two and gives you the extra benefit of improving the appearance of your skin.

The three in unison should at least noticeably reduce the appearance of dark circles (and in some cases fix it completely). If it doesn't do enough, then you should look into fat grafts or infraorbital implants.

So for me I use concealer, like it gets rid of most of it amd I've never even called out, but out too much on and it's obvious
That's the cheapest effective option


Fillers I have considered, but undereye fillers never truly dissolve and can keave an eye bag effect as they inject it deep inside there's a YouTube video called why I no longer inject undereyes that explains it

Fat graft would be the next option but it's expensive for a minor result however probably worth it
