philtrum lengthening surgeryRare victim of an overly short philtrum
those lines are usually caused by lack of infraorbital support, in your case it looks like you malar fat pad could actually be causing the lines, so maybe lean out / aqualyx and if that fails, look into infra implants or a potential under eye fat graftTitle
dont bonesmash your infras that's a retarded take, caffeine eye cream is cope and only helps a very small margin of people with under eye bags. for the majority of people, it's a structural issue only fixable through surgical interventionsleep more, hydrate, eat, if that doesnt do anything use a caffeine eye cream, if that doesnt work then bonesmash ur infras since theyre probably recessed
(dont bonesmash if you dont know what youre doing, theres some threads on here with helpful info onthat)
maybe stress, if so then just cut that stress out.
why do you say dont bonesmash?dont bonesmash your infras that's a retarded take, caffeine eye cream is cope and only helps a very small margin of people with under eye bags. for the majority of people, it's a structural issue only fixable through surgical intervention
bonesmashing is recognized as almost entirely cope besides the temporary swelling benefits. your infras are very fragile and there are a lot of nerves in that area so bonesmashing them is really dangerous and uselesswhy do you say dont bonesmash?
idk i personally say bonesmashing does have some effects on you besides swelling, i made a before and after post yesterday and theres a huge difference imo. no cosmetic, the difference in the photos was about 1.5 yearsbonesmashing is recognized as almost entirely cope besides the temporary swelling benefits. your infras are very fragile and there are a lot of nerves in that area so bonesmashing them is really dangerous and useless
I dont think it's the correct approach to attribute any structural changes to bonesmashing that can be attributed to natural bone development / other factors.idk i personally say bonesmashing does have some effects on you besides swelling, i made a before and after post yesterday and theres a huge difference imo. no cosmetic, the difference in the photos was about 1.5 years
The infras are definitely a sensitive region but they don't need to be bonesmashed directly to grow. Bonesmashing virtually anywhere on the zygos will send shockwaves through the infras as well, stimulating some small amount of growth. Bonesmashing under the lateral canthus is much safer and will grow the infras just fine.bonesmashing is recognized as almost entirely cope besides the temporary swelling benefits. your infras are very fragile and there are a lot of nerves in that area so bonesmashing them is really dangerous and useless

i've been utilizing bonesmashing for a while now for the swelling benefits but I haven't really seen any proven cases where bonesmashing actually stimulates growth of the bones nor have I seen any long term benefits myselfIt seems like at this point the only people against bonesmashing are the people too high inhib to try it. It really doesn't matter what they say because their opinions are inexperienced and only informed by ai generated concerns. There are no valid arguments against bone smashing at this point
That's the caveat, a lot of guys who do it just for swelling take a much different approach. I'm gonna put out a whole guide on bonesmashing one of these days but basically it does seem like a high frequency, low intensity approach tends to get the best results.definitely thought provoking

good idea, would you say any compounds could accelerate the gains I get? I'll definitely be on the lookout if you make a guide anytime soonThat's the caveat, a lot of guys who do it just for swelling take a much different approach. There are newbie gains just like with going to the gym, although unfortunately added bone mass is very difficult to measure in the amounts we're talking about, and long term visual differences are easy to ignore if you're not actively expecting them. If you have good before pictures, take a few days off for temporary swelling and see if there's a difference
I'm sure there are things out there but I haven't really looked into it at all. If you wanna do some research you could just look up what some places give patients to accelerate the process of leg lengthening (distraction osteogenesis). But I think most of the industry hasn't even really moved beyond supplements, and tbh I'm not convinced they'll really move the needle that muchgood idea, would you say any compounds could accelerate the gains I get?
