Musely is an app/website where you can buy all sorts of prescription topicals online. If you have discoloration/ pigmentation of the under eyes or even slightly recessed infras you can mask it with their hydroquinone formula, i bought the "spot cream" to get rid of pigmentation.
It requires a few texts with a dermatologist and a pic of yourself and it might take a few days to get it shipped out but it's super convenient because the formulas include every topical you should be using to lighten ur eye area in one cream (hydroquinone, azelaic acid, and niacinamide). the only annoying thing was the price, after everything it was about 70 bucks but there's free refills for the first time.
Plus you get a derm that you can text whenever u have problems with it or anything, for me they sent me an ultra potent one on accident cuz i told them i was on tret 0.1% so they thought my skin could resist it, but i was really red the next day (it went away in 1 day), but they ended up sending me a weaker version free of charge.
also the dermatologists online hand out prescriptions to anybody so no need to worry
