WHAT ARE WRINKLES AND FINE LINES ? . WHY A LOOKS KILLER ?
Random ass photo for no reason
So Fine lines and wrinkles are natural creases and folds in the skin. Fine lines are early stage lines (usually under 1mm deep) caused by facial expressions. As skin loses collagen, elasticity, and hydration over time, these shallow creases deepen and become permanent, developing into wrinkles. Wrinkles are also a part of aging process
Human attraction is deeply wired to biological signals of health and fertility. Youth is one of the strongest proxies for both. Wrinkles are one of the clearest visible signals of aging . so the brain reads them as reduced reproductive fitness . So this will be a reason why a foid wont want an oldcel
Having wrinkles is sign of losing health it shows lack of collagen . losing facial volume .decreasing testosterone and stress

AT WHICH PARTS OF THE FACE DO WE GET THEM ?
Not in depth at this section but im writing this to give over view
1. FOREHEAD WRINKLES --> Fore head wrinkles are the horizontal line in fore head it is primarily caused by repetitive facial expression the alteration of frontalis muscle determines the fore head line formed or forehead wrinkles although aging and collagen loss also causes it contraction and de contraction of frontalis causes skin to bunch and fold we will come in depth in next
Forehead Anatomy: Surface Anatomy, Bones of the Forehead, Forehead and Scalp
The forehead constitutes the upper third of the face. It is delineated superiorly by the hairline and inferiorly by the glabella and frontonasal groove (centrally) and the eyebrows overlying the supraorbital ridges (laterally.
2. FROWN LINES --> Frown lines are also called as glabellar rhytides these wrinkles comes at the glabella region alteration of glabellar complex forms this wrinkles (glabellar complex = many muscle group)
Corrugator supercilii --> pulls the eye brow medially and downward or inward and downward ( tail and head )
Procerus--> it also pulls the brow downward and alters it causing frown line and contracts too
Depressor supercilii --> yeah same shit but more direct
Medial orbicular oculi --> same shit
all these muscle work almost same and together to create frown lines (11 lines )
3. CROWS FEET -->Fine lines and wrinkles that forms out from the outer corners of your eyes its called crow feet cause it looks like crow feet around eyes you know what i mean . its formed by movement of orbicularis oculi the muscle around eye area . Orbicularis oculi contraction causes this. every time you smile , you laugh , you squint , blink this will cause orbicularis to contract and cause wrinkle over time
[Orbicularis oculi muscle and crow's feet. Pathogenesis and surgical approach] - PubMed
Crow's feet is one of the characteristic signs of the aging face. Minor techniques designed to obliterate these lesions rapidly demonstrate their limits. The orbital fibers of the orbicularis oculi muscle play a fundamental role in the pathogenesis of wrinkles. Their contracture will create...
4. BUNNY LINES --> SO like this is a horizontal line formed or wrinkle formed around of bridge side of nose since the above image i added didn't had a clear representation of bunny line so this is what it looks like
So this is like mainly formed by the movement of nasalis muscle and appear during active facial movement unlike other which can be seen on rest so nasalis muscle is like active during like smiling squinting and laughing so nasalis muscle has two component called transverse and alar component this work together to cause bunny lines or muscle movement

As we age, bunny lines can appear more visible with each smile or squint. Learn what causes them and how professional advice can guide suitable options.
5. LIP LINES--> So this is like a vertical line forming up and below the lips and the above image i added didn't represent this properly so
this is also called smokers line the main muscle for this orbicularis oris so this activated byy actions like speaking, eating, drinking from a straw, or whistling and smoking too etc
the green part is this muscle
6. MARIONETTE LINES --> Marionette lines are vertical facial creases that run from the corners of the mouth down to the chin So the main muscle for this is Depressor Anguli Oris the line is mainly caused by the action of mouth pulling down ward and orbicularis oris also plays a role in here with
Platysma -->Tension or loosening in this neck muscle can pull the lower face downward works same but holds the lower third
Mentalis--> This is the chin muscle its upward contraction is also the reason for marionette lines
7. MENTAL CREASE --> Its a horizontal crease between chin and lower lip caused by mentalis muscle when the muscle contracts upward it causes this and other muscle like orbicularis oris and depressor anguli oris also work together with mentalis to cause this and yeah platysma also work with this and extra muscle is depressor labii inferioris this muscle is important to control lower lip position
ig the diagram is up so i didn't add it this time
8. NASOLABIAL FOLDS --> Ig @kdev had made a good thread regarding this so watch out that for Nasolabial folds
HOW WRINKLES ARE FORMED ?
We know about three layer of skin right dermis epidermis and hypodermis right ? Im not explaining this
So wrinkles are of two types dynamic and static
Dynamic wrinkles --> Caused by muscle movement so every time your muscle contract or do some work the skin above it folds for example Lines on your forehead, frown lines between your eyebrows, and crow's feet at the corners of your eyes develop because of small muscle contractions from smiling, frowning, squinting, and other habitual facial expression
Static wrinkles--> So these are caused by structural damage to dermis it self via collagen + elastin loss and the dynamic wrinkles become static over time due to muscle movement + collagen + elastin loss
Lets break down loss of collagen in body and why do we get wrinkles
Getting old( water
ig )--> In general as we get older the number of cells in the skin that produce collagen and elastin known as fibroblasts, begins to decrease and the remaining fibroblasts become less productive with age existing structural proteins in the skin are broken down by enzymes at a higher rate than they were in the past. Aging also causes the top layer of the skin's epidermis, called the stratum corneum to become thinner. This structural shift makes it more difficult for the skin to retain moisture, and dry skin makes any wrinkles more visibleStarting around your mid-20's collagen production drops roughly 1% per year. By your 40s and 50s it will drop up to 30 % in total
Why do wrinkles form?
Wrinkles are caused by a loss of structural components in the skin, but what drives this process?

During skin repairment
UV damage(imp) --> UV hits the skin ok UVA radiation (320–400 nm) generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) in both the dermis and epidermis. UVB radiation (280–320 nm) does the same and also directly damages DNA . ROS triggers enzyme release. When UV light damages skin tissue, the body produces an enzyme called metalloproteinase (MMP). So those who know MMP breaks down ECM . so what this does is actually degrade collagen allowing the tissue to heal so yk what happens when collagen goes wrinkles
UV exposure actually upregulates this by a lot
Different MMPs go after different collagen types: MMP-1, MMP-8, and MMP-13 degrade fibrillar collagen. MMP-2 and MMP-9 degrade collagen types I and IV and UV rays also block collagen formation too or collagen synthesis
UVB-mediated DNA damage induces matrix metalloproteinases to promote photoaging in an AhR- and SP1-dependent manner - PMC
It is currently thought that UVB radiation drives photoaging of the skin primarily by generating ROS. In this model, ROS purportedly activates activator protein-1 to upregulate MMPs 1, 3, and 9, which then degrade collagen and other extracellular ...
Wrinkles & Fine Lines: Types, Causes & Prevention
Wrinkles are lines or creases on your skin that are a normal part of your body’s aging process.
Reactive oxygen species --> ROS is produced through cellular oxidative metabolism stress and mitochondrial disfunction this is really environmental and caused by environmental factors like stress UV rays smoking poor nutrition mitochondrial imbalance and all watch some health guru regarding this

HOW TO FIX THEM PART BY PART ? / TREATMENTS DONE PART BY PART OR DIY BOTOX FILLERS
1. FOREHEAD WRINKLES --> 4 ways filler and Botox and fat graft or laser resurfacing laser is common asf ill tell this is in bottom section
Botox --> So like this thing is injected on the frontalis muscle and other muscle area ill i have sum it all in a image so im not explaning it more, ai made with my info this is my new formatting
before jumping
tbh im not a doctor and haven't tried myself (diy) so jfl at you if you think explaning from my side will help any thing with this guide
BEFORE AND AFTER
HA Fillers --> Filler injected at fore head to give volume and reduce wrinkle botox + filler is a good combo this will also treat deep wrinkle lines
Know this
BEFORE AND AFTER
Fat grafting --> so fat is harvested from abdomen or thigh area and then purified and injected layer by layer don't do this your self you need to get it done on a clinic
Skin Experts

BEFORE AND AFTER
this goes hand to hand with laser resurfacing
2. FROWN LINES -->i mean i explained at bit earlier so
Botox
BEFORE AND AFTER
HA Fillers--> used for deep frown line usually wont be treated with botox this region has huge supply of blood vessel so its a high risk area
this video uses both botox and filler
If you didn't understand this image cause this is blurry ig but still see the image guess i have to explain myself
So the Depth should deep right on the bone i mean wdym by right on to the bone it should be done until you get the resistance of bone then why so deep cause the supratrochlear artery runs in this zonei it travels upward through the muscle and then into the skin. So going deeper (below the artery) is actually safer than injecting mid-layer where the vessel lives.
Needle/Cannula should be 27G . If needle, 27–30G, inject slowly with aspiration.
Volume should be 0.05–0.1 ml per point. Total session max 0.2–0.3 ml.
Points: 3–5 points — 1 midline procerus, 2 medial corrugator (bilateral), 2 optional lateral corrugator (higher risk, cannula only).
Technique: Retrograde linear threading. Slow, low pressure. Aspirate (withdrawing fluid using suction) before each depot. search what retrograde means
Botox 2 weeks before filler always relaxes muscle, reduces migration, extends longevity .yeah goes hand to hand
Note: Supratrochlear artery exits medial canthus vertical line ~1.5 cm above orbital rim. Supraorbital exits mid-pupil line. Stay deep and midline to avoid both.
BEFORE AND AFTER
Fat graft --> i mean same shit just get it done if you want to will make a table comparing filler fat graft and botox and yeah i couldn't find before and after for fat graft at frown lines
you might be bored

3.CROWS FEET
thread made by @Avskinov explained about it too ig
4.BUNNY LINES
So Claude and some doc told me that fillers are generally not recommended at this area so Botox is only option you need to grunch to identify the line formation zone from which point does it forms and mark those area

Where Should We Inject Botulinum Toxin for the Bunny Lines? - PMC
Explaining this study
Anatomical data show that the region between the medial canthus and nasal dorsum — where bunny lines appear — is not underlain by a discrete muscle, but is instead a non-muscular interval called the bunny triangle, bordered by the procerus, transverse nasalis, LLSAN, and medial orbicularis oculi. The visible wrinkles correspond to skin folding over this muscle-free zone, while adjacent muscles contract peripherally
inject this way
Transverse nasalis (primary driver): Small injections of 1–2 units of BoNT-A along its superior border on the upper nasal sidewall effectively reduce line formation.
LLSAN (secondary contributor): Micro-aliquots of 0.5–1 unit at its superior-medial border can suppress over-elevation of the nasal ala, but must be placed cautiously to avoid alar ptosis or upper-lip elevator weakness.
Medial orbicularis oculi: A conservative injection at the medial canthal border is indicated when strong lateral traction accentuates the crease.
Procerus: If glabellar contraction extends into the nasal root, a low-dose (1 unit) injection at its inferolateral margin may complement treatment.
more precise image
so scrunch from where the lines start see mark the place and inject while avoiding vessel inject 1 to 2 units per dot as whole and avoid the vessel too
BEFORE AND AFTER
this video has treated bunny with frown lines too
THIS MUCH FOR NOW ILL EXPLAIN IN NEXT PART SOFTMAXXING AND OTHER STUFF THINGS
