How to get rid of prominent malar fat pads

I think I carry a bit of fat here naturally. Male models tend not to have this issue. Does anyone know the best surgery / procedure?

This is the area but my fat pads aren't nearly as bad. Still in my 20s.

Compared to O Pry who is lean in that area.

I have a strong ogee curve and good cheekbones so don't think it's a bones issue, more a fat allocation issue.

Makes his cheekbones look smaller and his midface longer tbh, but it's still a good feature to have.

that’s just maxilla projection. the issue is the maxilla, not the fat

I am not recessed and also don't think recession is the main issue given it's fixed with a midface lift in older people and severe cases (just researched it)

Gotten a bit worse with age and as I've gained a bit of weight. TBH stupid post I probably just need to lean out a bit like below.

Fat pads are apart of the female gaze. Maintaining superficial fatpads is an essential youth-maxx. Don't fall for the male gaze unless u want to be known by the wider community for being involuntary celibate scum.

Yeah I don't think so either. It doesn't take away from his looks, but if he had more fat pads it'd probably him look more robust.
