How to get rid of skin/fat under chin?

18years old and my bf% is between 10-12% tho I got skin/fat under my chin but pretty visible jawline but “short” jawline
Probably will do a palate expander tho

Any advices ?

Thanks ,I always was skinny so I’m guessing it’s skin could it be because like since 14-16 I was sleeping a lot with my mouth open due to nasal problem (allergic)? And that’s probably also fcked my facial symmetry because I was sleeping on one side too
