How to get rid of slight scleral show?

Is lower eyelid retraction the only way to move lower eyelids a bit higher? Like 1-2mm, is there not another way like fillers or fat grafts that can provide support to under eye area that will also decrease scleral show?

Yh but not sure if its worth it for just a mm or 2 of scleral show, potentially being 8k+ for a good surgeon as well
