How to get rid of small white flakes in hair

I don’t know if it is dandruff or dry scalp but whatever it is I can’t get rid of it. I used all kinds of anti dandruff shampoo and nothing seem to help… My only current solution is shaving my head bald every week or so

I used some moisturizer very generously in my hair and scalp when I got out of the shower, and after a week or two my dandruff was non-existant.

Have the same thing and I've been using a slice of lemon, mct oil and aloe/coconut shampoo

i was on no fap for 90+ days and i still had white flakes so I don’t think it makes any difference

Nizoral +don't wash your hair too often. I'd say every other day or every three days..
