How to get rid of sub mental fat?

Right now I’m on a mandatory bulk for wrestling season to make weight so I know that’s causing most of my fat problem but even when I’m lean I still have some sub mental fat underneath. Is surgery the only way to get rid of it?

Usually an issue when the chin / lower jaw is underdeveloped, get super lean or submental lipo to fraud or bone advancement surgeries for a real fix
