this is what I installed to pull the corners of my lip outwards, lift the philtrum and balance out asymmetry, will post an update on that when they've settled.

hey ive done then maybe dozens of them. So is it just supposed to make skin tighter above the fold so the skin doesnt spill over the fold to create a less visible crease?

I'm confused on if its supposed to act as filler to add volume on the fold or just supposed to make skin tighter above the fold. Ive read up PDO monos don't add volume

Also are the folds supposed to look worse after and improve after 4 weeks+? I fear I might've over done it since I initially did 8 on each side but on the fold itself and re-did another dozen above the fold
