How to get rid of this fucking irritating feeling?

Anytime I want to relax, I start to feel restless and uptight. Even if everything is completely fine, my mind will convince me that I’m somehow procrastinating on my life.

I just want to be able to relax, what can I tell myself to just let myself be at peace?

You think this has something to do with sleep?

I’m pretty sure it has something to do with my sense of self worth, it feels like I’m gonna be crushed by the expectations of society/my family.

But nothing ever happens, I always end up fine. And even if I should have been more productive, it’s never as bad as my mind makes it out to be.
