the sun fucked my skin , and idk how to get rid of the tan and im rotting in my room and it’s still the same

for a sunburn and unhealthy tan mostly your body wont eliminate the melanin deep stored in your face , UV rays penetrate solid surfaces so spf is a must , which means your theory of locking yourself in a room until it heals is bullshit , which means you dont know shit about this

Doesn't SPF mean percentage of protection from the sun's rays? How tf will protect me from it if I am not exposed to it?

UV rays will come to your face if you are exposed to it or not exposed to it , everyone who go to the journey to remove unhealthy tan use spf , spf is a must
