you will lose fat naturally in puberty even if you are in a surplus which you should be. genuinely forget about looking good right now just focus on your development until late teens. any relationship you do get at this age won't last anyways

Quite literally yeah, I looked like a fucking balloon at age 14, now at 17 I weigh about 30 pounds more without being much taller and I look way leaner
