How to get stronger joints?

There's only so much upper body training I can do with heavy weights per day before my wrists & elbows start to hurt & get weird popping. Don't think my form is bad either. Anyone have advice?
 
You could have chronic arthritis.

arthritis is a joint inflamitory disease.
it is genetic and hereditary not training or mechanic based. you need more rest and tendons management

I've never had joint and tendons give out before the muscle in all my years at the gym, very strange.

Supplement Omega 3, its one of the few affordable things that actually work.

Make sure you do pre-hab and rehab. Lots of content on youtube about this.
